We are incredibly proud to share that two of our Alecto baby monitors have been awarded prestigious titles by the Dutch Consumers’ Association (Consumentenbond) in their respective categories.

Alecto DVM2043, DBX-125 and DBX120 awarded Best in Test and Best Buy.
The Alecto DVM2043, our newest baby monitor with a camera launched in early October, was declared Best buy and Best in test in the “Baby Monitors with Camera” category during the latest tests in December 2024. 

Additionally, we achieved outstanding results in the “Audio Baby Monitors” category. So much so that our Alecto DBX-125/DBX120 was also awarded the titles Best in Test and Best Buy.
How amazing that we were chosen as the favorite in this category as well!

Winning these top distinctions in both categories proves not only that our baby monitors excel in performance but also that they offer the best value for money. They truly make a difference for parents – and that is something we are very proud of!
 

The development of the DVM series: baby monitors with cameras
The recognition of the DVM2043, in particular, deserves special attention. For over two years, we have worked with dedication on developing the new DVM series of baby monitors. 
We’ve already launched the DVM2028, DVM2043 and the DVM2050, and the DVM2060 will follow as soon as possible. 
This product line is designed not only to set the standard for quality for years to come but also to offer innovative features that perfectly meet the needs of modern parents. To achieve this, we made significant investments in tooling/product development, R&D, and quality improvement. We can now proudly say that these investments and efforts have paid off.
