Commaxx Group is committed to increasing transparency around its environmental impact and to building a stronger, data-driven foundation for climate action. As part of this commitment, we have completed our first consolidated CO2 Footprint Emission Report for the reporting year 2025. This report marks an important milestone in our ESG journey, providing a group-wide baseline across Commaxx Group and all entities included under the operational control approach.

The attached document presents our greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with the GHG Protocol, covering Scope 1, Scope 2 and material Scope 3 emissions across our value chain. With a total footprint of approximately 142,682 tonnes of CO2e, the report provides valuable insight into where our most significant climate impacts occur. The results show that the majority of emissions are linked to Scope 3, particularly the use of sold products and purchased goods, underlining the importance of product energy efficiency, supplier engagement and value chain data quality.

By establishing 2025 as our baseline year, Commaxx Group creates a solid foundation for future monitoring, improved data quality and more targeted sustainability initiatives. This first footprint calculation enables us to identify key areas for improvement, including product design, packaging materials, transport, operational energy use and supplier-related data. It reflects our ambition to communicate transparently about our current impact while taking structured steps to reduce emissions over time.

We believe that sustainability is not about claiming perfection, but about taking responsibility, making better choices and continuously improving across our operations, product portfolio and value chain.

The attached sustainability slides provide an overview of our current ESG approach, highlighting the key areas in which Commaxx Group is taking action. These include reducing our environmental impact through energy-efficient operations and smarter logistics, increasing the use of recyclable and FSC-certified packaging materials, supporting repairability and product lifetime value, and ensuring compliance with relevant product and environmental regulations such as RoHS, REACH and WEEE.

Beyond environmental responsibility, the slides also outline our social and governance priorities. Commaxx Group focuses on employee wellbeing, equal opportunities, fair working conditions, responsible sourcing and long-term partnerships with suppliers and communities. In addition, our governance approach is supported by ethical business practices, anti-corruption measures, whistleblower protection, product safety standards and regular audits. Together, these initiatives reflect our ambition to embed sustainability into sourcing, logistics, product development and business operations, while working towards further external recognition through our EcoVadis assessment process.
